A dramatic body change
My name is Richard and I’m 41 years old. I started training with Mike Hobson in December 2005. I had lifted weights before and was training at another gym when a friend recommended I talk with Mike Hobson. I really enjoy the challenge of a hard workout and I was seeking some new and interesting way to have fun and the gym. I saw Mike 2 times a week at first and then went to three times a week once I saw the results from our training sessions.

Advanced Exercises to reach Fitness Potential
